I had the most amazing experience at the Fairfield Inn Times Square. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of Vanesa and all the staff at the reception. She made me feel right at home, and her helpfulness was unparalleled. But the true gems of this hotel are Theresa and Diomary, the breakfast girls. They went above and beyond to ensure that my mornings started with a delicious meal and a dose of happiness. Their dedication to their work and the guests is truly exceptional. This is undoubtedly a great hotel, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff. From the security team that made me feel safe and secure to the hardworking cleaners who kept my room immaculate, everyone played their part in making my stay unforgettable. I can't thank all the staff enough for their exceptional service. The Fairfield Inn Times Square has now become my go-to reference for outstanding hospitality. This experience has convinced me that Marriott is the only choice for my future stays. Thank you, everyone, for making my stay so memorable

I loved this property and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting NYC. The staff is top notch, from the staff at the reception to the cafeteria area, they simply rocked. The location was just perfect, you just have to cross the street and you’ll arrive to the port authority where you can literally go anywhere. Its close enough from the Times square are but also far enough to keep you away from its craziness and loudness. The breakfast was great! Yes, you get the same options everyday but they are plenty! Scrambled eggs, sausages, fruits, diy waffles, bagels, bread, oatmeal, assortment of yogurts, cream cheese, tons of different flavors of juices and a great assortment of coffee… what else can you ask for? Also they have a grab and go option where you can pack your own and takeaway. The beds and room itself were amazing, I slept like a baby. This will be my to go option whenever I travel to NYC.

The hospitality and level of comfort provided by the hotel stood out on our vacation. It really felt like a 'real home' given the warm welcome from day 1 and continued level of professionalism as we interacted with numerous staff. Special shout out to the support provided at the front desk by Gregory P and the ladies. Thanks also to Nicholas who assisted us with baggage and organised our shuttle to the airport with only 30-40 minutes notice. Appreciate the efficiency! We most especially loved the level of service provided at breakfast. We were always warmly greeted by Teresa Cruz and Irma Gonzaga, we miss you both! Thank you for always looking after us at breakfast and making us feel right at home :) The kitchen was always fully stocked and well maintained. It was always a delight starting our day at breakfast with these ladies that made us feel like family.

The staff was really friendly, especially Teresa from breakfast. During our 1 week stay she was working hard day by day with a smile on her face, she deserves a raise :) The breakfasts was great and every day they gave us an additional bag to pack something from the breakfast to go - this way we saved some money for a second breakfast. Also Starbucks coffee was great. Room was alright with a typical New York buildings view, which we really loved. Netflix on TV was a great addition. The neighbourhood was ok - we were walking everywhere, Times Square isn't the nicest place in NY, but we didn't regret anything, we could feel the real NYC. If I will be back in the city I will choose this place again!

Room was a good sized with an adequate en suite. We had the city room on the 30th floor and the view was pretty good. Comfy bed, safe in room. Maids cleaned the room every other day as per our request. Breakfast was a buffet, some more options would have been good but it was adequate. (Scrambled eggs, toast, sausages, cereals yoghurt). Many thanks to Teresa and Diomarys who attended to us at breakfast time always finding us a table quickly and with a smile. Decent gym in terms of a hotel gym. Location of hotel was good, about a 10min walk to Times Square. Nearest subway was the Port Authority station about a 5min walk away.
