location, close to the metro. large room, large bed, air conditioning, fridge, kettle, friendly and helpful staff (reception and dining room), staff always smiling, silence, delicious salsa. there were no problems with the elevator (you didn't have to wait long)

Good value for money. One of the best stays on Manhattan under $300 per night. Breakfast at the hotel is good, and you dont have to run around Midtown looking for coffee at 7 am.

The hotel is located on 40th street beside the Port Authority Bus Station. Hence, it is close to many attractions being in Midtown. It is a high rise and had 6 rooms on our 17th floor. The elevators traveled fast. The room was large and had a king size bed. The breakfast was healthy. Jonathan at the reception helped us print a ticket, which was very much appreciated.

The hotel is located in a very nice place, very close to Time Square and other attractions in Manhattan. The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast did not meet our expectations, it was of low quality and not tasty. Also, the choice was small. The staff speaks mainly Spanish. It has been a month since we were at the hotel, and they have not yet refunded the deposit. In other hotels they refund it immediately.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, good size and have amazing view. Staff very nice and helpful. Location is amazing, right next to 42st with subway/bus. We never wait on elevator more that 5min. Glad that breakfast was included, waffles was amazing.

Location was excellent.The breakfast was different everyday and loads to choose from. The staff were really nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect for us, enabling g us to walk to the High Line and the Whitney Museum, to MoMA and Rockefeller Center, to Lincoln Center, and even to walk back from the American Museum of Natural History. The breakfast was good, with fresh-made oatmeal and toppings, packaged cereals, bagels, English muffins, fresh scrambled eggs and sausages, cook-your-own waffles, and fresh fruit. The head breakfast attendant, Teresa Cruz, was a marvel: greeting everyone with a smile, getting people seated as quickly as possible, and making sure everything was clean. The room was fairly spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom well-equipped.
